What’s it all about? Our Hotel Booking Systems Team is excited to introduce the newly established role of Revenue Integrity Manager. This is a high-impact position designed to safeguard our revenue and ensure total compliance with company policies and contractual Terms & Conditions. You won’t just be finding errors; you’ll be the architect of solutions that strengthen our business integrity and inform future commercial strategy.
As the Revenue Integrity Manager, you will be the primary line of defense against revenue leakage. By extracting and analysing complex data sets, you will identify the internal process weaknesses and external behaviours that impact our bottom line.
Day to day activities will include but not be limited to:
- Data Investigation: Run regular and ad-hoc data extracts to identify breaches in T&Cs, translating raw data into clear, actionable commercial insights.
- Root-Cause Analysis: Analyse internal processes and behaviours to identify the systemic issues driving leakage, using evidence to drive decision-making.
- Conflict & Resolution Management: Investigate non-compliant activity and lead the escalation process, balancing commercial risk with the need to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Revenue, Operations, and Senior Leadership to agree on corrective actions and prevent future recurrences.
- Reporting & Governance: Build intuitive dashboards and reports for the Head of HBST and executive teams, ensuring all findings are documented and audit-ready.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of new controls and adjust strategies to ensure sustained, long-term revenue protection.
Why Travelodge? We believe in creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can be their true self and belong. We work hard to improve the diversity of our teams and celebrate our differences. And we care about our colleagues’ wellbeing, so we ensure there are plenty of resources available so everyone can look after their emotional, physical, financial and work wellbeing. We call this "Better Me".
Who will this appeal to? To be successful in this role, you’ll possess Strategic Analysis and Technical Proficiency with the ability to demonstrate advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and work with large datasets to proactively identify risks to revenue and policy compliance. You’ll be highly proficient in data analysis tools and Excel-based reporting, utilising these to extract trends, identify systemic weaknesses, and generate clear, actionable insights. A deep understanding of commercial operations and revenue drivers is essential to ensure that your findings support robust commercial decision-making and business integrity.
You must be a confident communicator capable of acting as a strategic partner to senior internal and external stakeholders. This role requires the ability to own issue resolution from end-to-end, which includes communicating sensitive findings, persuading leaders to adopt new processes, and managing challenging discussions. You must possess high-level conflict management skills, demonstrating the diplomacy and firmness required to resolve disputes while safeguarding long-term professional relationships.
In addition, you’ll be able to work independently and exercise sound judgment when balancing commercial risk against compliance requirements. You must have a strong commitment to transparency and defensible governance, ensuring all investigations and remediation activities are supported by robust documentation. Strong organisational skills are a must, as you will need to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and professional integrity.
