As our Regional Head of Revenue, a senior leader within our Revenue division, you will define and execute the regional strategy for a key UK territory, overseeing a portfolio of 200 hotels with a turnover exceeding £250 million. You will provide high-level strategic direction and commercial challenge to your team, ensuring we hit ambitious revenue targets and expand our market share. By balancing multi-channel strategies and collaborating with stakeholders in Digital, Sales, and Marketing, you will act as a pivotal commercial lead, protecting and optimising RevPAR performance across the estate.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and gain agreement on the region’s revenue strategy, implementing tactical maneuvers to optimise performance at both the territory and individual site levels.
  • Team Development: Lead and inspire a high-performing regional team, ensuring robust succession planning and personal development plans are in place to support our progressive structure.
  • Insight & Analysis: Develop deep market intelligence and performance analysis to inform strategic target setting and flag opportunities to Regional Directors and Operations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build influential relationships with the Chief Revenue Officer and cross-functional heads to align on pricing, digital trading, and five-year business plan objectives.
  • Performance Optimisation: Direct the creation of pricing strategies and oversee accurate revenue forecasting to guide business-critical decision-making.

You will drive the vision for our regional revenue team by fostering a culture of high engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ultimately, you will be the strategic lead who ensures our talent and tactics are perfectly aligned to hit ambitious market share targets.
