This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

This role will require national travel at times.

Your Purpose

As a Product Manager, you'll help shape the products and experiences that millions of guests enjoy every year.

Working as part of our dynamic Product team, you'll combine customer insight, commercial thinking and project leadership to develop new propositions and enhance existing ones, ensuring they deliver value for our customers and the business.

In this varied role, you'll lead projects from concept to launch, working with teams across the business to turn ideas into reality.

You'll use customer and market insight to identify opportunities, manage stakeholders, oversee budgets and measure success, continuously improving our products and guest experience.

You'll also play an important role in protecting and evolving the Travelodge brand, ensuring every product and proposition is commercially successful, operationally practical and consistently delivers for our customers.

Your Strengths

You'll have proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully developing and launching customer-focused products and propositions.

You'll be an organised project manager who can juggle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and keep stakeholders engaged throughout.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong cross-functional relationships and combines commercial thinking with a genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences.

You'll be proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team where everyone pitches in.

Experience developing products in a customer-led or value-focused market would be an advantage.

  • Salary up to £60,000 & Annual Bonus
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Hybrid working - a minimum of 60% of your time should be spent in the office, hotels and or visiting suppliers
