Your Purpose
As a Pricing & Strategy Analyst within our Revenue team, you will provide commercial analysis and support to help drive smarter pricing decisions, maximise revenue and deliver RevPAR growth across the business. Working with large data sets, you’ll identify trends, risks and opportunities that support pricing strategy and help Travelodge gain competitive advantage. This role is all about using data and insights to influence commercial performance. You’ll analyse market trends, booking patterns and competitor activity, while supporting the optimisation of pricing systems and strategies across the business. You’ll also work closely with Revenue Managers, the Head of Pricing Strategy and external partners including IDeaS, MasterCard Analytics and CoStar/STR to ensure pricing performance is continually monitored and improved.
Your Strengths
You will be commercially aware, highly analytical and confident working with large volumes of data. You’ll have strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to turn data into clear commercial actions. Power BI experience would be an advantage. You’ll be proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs. You’ll also be an effective communicator who enjoys collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. In addition, you will maintain Travelodge’s pricing structures across systems, develop reporting suites to support faster decision‑making, monitor and optimise IDeaS performance, provide weekly and monthly analysis, measure the impact of pricing changes and support wider project work across the Commercial Pricing & Analytics team.
