Your Purpose

As a Key Account Manager within our successful Indirect Sales Team, you will manage and develop a portfolio of Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and their associated Corporate Clients. You will be responsible for growing revenue and market share through strategic partnerships, delivering exceptional customer relationships, and helping make Travelodge the favourite hotel for value amongst business customers. This is a remote role with regular travel to customer sites, industry events, and our Hotel Support Office in Thame.

Your Strengths

You will be responsible for growing revenue and market share across your portfolio of TMCs, delivering against agreed commercial objectives and quarterly targets. You will develop and execute strategic partnership plans, negotiate commercial agreements, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across both TMCs and Corporate Clients. Using data and performance insights, you will identify opportunities for growth, manage risks, and provide recommendations that support business success. In addition, you will work closely with teams across Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and the successful delivery of commercial initiatives. You will also represent Travelodge at customer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities, helping to strengthen our presence within the industry and support the continued growth of our indirect sales channel.
