Your Purpose
As our F&B Operational Support, you will be the vital link connecting our Hotel Support Centre, Field Operators, and F&B teams.
Your mission is to help drive sales and margin growth, champion operational excellence, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
You will be working closely with Operations, Change, Product, and Commercial Finance teams, you will upskill hotel teams, optimise central systems, and use root-cause analysis to continuously improve our working practices.
You will provide insight into decision making on kitchen equipment. Also, ensuring EPOS systems are set up correctly in our hotels, testing new products, prices and system changes.
Your Strengths
You will be a food and beverage professional with experience using EPOS systems and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
You are self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
You take a positive, can-do approach to your work and thrive in fast-paced environments while consistently delivering high standards of service.
