If yes, our Customer Insight Analyst position might be the right next move for you.

Please Note, this is a 5 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Your Purpose

You will be dedicated to key areas such as Tripadvisor analysis and yearly targets for all of the central and field operation teams. Also, you will assist in creating performance dashboards and reporting functionality on customer behavior.

In addition you will assist in the delivery of a number of customer insight related projects and analysis and work with the wider team to deliver ‘actionable insight’ through dashboard enhancements and reporting.

Alongside this, you will constantly develop your own professional knowledge of customer behaviour and partner and support Regional Director through robust customer analysis of historic and forecast performance providing insight and challenge and helping to identify opportunities.

Your Strengths

You will be experienced in data analysis and have the ability to compile lots of data and insight from various channels into meaningful recommendations for the business. You will have the ability to work independently to deliver quick results and proactively share ideas with the wider team.

In addition you will have excellent knowledge on Excel with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
