If yes, our Change Project Manager position might be the right next move for you. This is a part time role that will include national travel.
Your Purpose
As a Change Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and developing business-critical change initiatives before they move into large-scale delivery across Travelodge. You'll work across the full project lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and defining solutions to testing, refining and preparing initiatives for successful rollout. Combining strong project management expertise with a hands-on approach, you'll work closely with teams across the business to deliver measurable operational improvements, enhance ways of working and help drive the continued evolution of our operating model. You will identify opportunities to lead change and own projects from concept through to delivery collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
Your Strengths
You will have solid project and change management experience, ideally within a multi-site or service-led environment, with experience of leading company level strategic change initiatives. You’ll be a confident stakeholder manager, capable of bringing clarity to complex or ambiguous situations, identifying risks and operational impacts, and influencing decisions through evidence-based recommendations. With strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, you'll be comfortable balancing priorities, maintaining robust governance and collaborating across functions to deliver practical, commercially sound solutions.
