Joining a busy team you will be a key part working collaboratively with lots of different teams across the business and agency partners. You will be a brand guardian across all channels, helping the Travelodge brand stand out and look and feel consistent in everything we do. You will also define and develop our social media strategy to grow a positive and engaged brand following across multiple channels. You will also dig into the data to define and deliver the brandâs online sentiment reporting using our customer experience management platform. You will be an experienced customer obsessed Brand Manager with at least 7 years multi-channel marketing experience gained in a rapid paced, results driven multi-site business. Youâll be a thought leader and hands on, with the ability to work across a broad spectrum of activity with a strong blend of creative flair and commercial acumen passionate about brand building and storytelling to create engaging campaigns.
Salary ÂŁ60,000 - ÂŁ70,000 Hybrid working - a minimum of 60% of your time should be spent in the office, but youâre welcome to come in every day if you prefer! 50% personal discount for hotel bookings and great friends and family discounts too! Contributory pension scheme 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with length of service A focus on learning and career development.
