This role is part of the resourcing team providing end-to-end direct recruitment support to Maintenance hiring managers. The Resourcing Advisor will manage vacancies from brief to offer, including candidate attraction, screening and telephone interviews, using direct recruitment methods and working to agreed time-to-hire KPIs. The role also involves assisting managers across the business with recruitment tools and advice.

Who will this appeal to

You will have at least 6 months of recruitment experience in an in-house or agency environment. Previous experience recruiting for maintenance positions is advantageous but not required. You will need good time management, planning and organisational skills, and the ability to exceed targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team and interact with people at all levels are important. Experience of stakeholder engagement and building business relationships across departments within a service context is desirable.
