One of the main tasks of this role is to work on reception here at head office, so you'll be the first point of contact for colleagues and visitors who enter the building. You'll take satisfaction in giving everyone a warm welcome to Travelodge, making sure the offices are ready for each day, and reporting any issues quickly to our in-house maintenance team.
What’s it all about?
- Welcoming colleagues and visitors, directing telephone queries, handling incoming and outgoing post in a timely manner, and keeping stationery supplies well-stocked.
- Helping to organise our busy shared inbox, directing colleagues to self-help resources where appropriate, and supporting various admin tasks including maintaining colleague records and responding to reference requests.
- Completing health and safety/building maintenance checks, reporting and escalating issues promptly, and ensuring each kitchen area is stocked with crockery, cutlery, and supplies such as tea and coffee.
