Are you an experienced Project Manager who enjoys delivering complex change and improving the way businesses work? Your Purpose

Reporting to the Senior Intelligent Automation Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex automation projects, helping Travelodge improve efficiency and deliver key business outcomes. You’ll work closely with technical and non-technical teams to turn ideas into clear change proposals, develop structured project plans and lead delivery from start to finish. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with Travelodge’s Automation Methodology and IT standards.

Your Strengths

You will be an outcome-focused, hands-on Project Manager with strong experience delivering complex technical projects and managing multiple projects or workstreams at the same time. In addition, you will have strong project planning, governance and risk management skills, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers. You’ll be able to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or early-stage ideas, manage timelines, budgets, milestones and dependencies, and identify operational impacts and risks. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking and commercial awareness will also be important, alongside the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
