Travelodge Hotels Limited is seeking a Trials Manager to bring our Business Change programmes to life across the hotel estate. You’ll work with Change Project Managers, the Change Delivery Team and hotel teams to scope, plan and run trials and pilots before wider rollout.
This hands-on role involves visiting hotels, gathering operational feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and communicating progress to stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
