Find where you belong! Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking for a fast-paced role in a supportive team? Our Group Sales team in Thame is looking for a Group Sales Administrator to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Part-Time Position, 25 hours a week

The Group Sales Administrator role is focused on providing administrative support to the Group Sales team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The main objective is to ensure that all group bookings are managed and processed efficiently and accurately, meeting customer needs and the team’s productivity targets.

You will be responsible for:

  • Updating bookings in the OPERA booking management system and CRM
  • Liaising with customers to receive and enter rooming lists
  • Ensuring all bookings are up-to-date ahead of the guests' stay
  • Conducting quality checks to maintain the agreed accuracy and productivity standards

Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as is the motivation to build great relationships with both customers and colleagues. Salary up to £26,050 per annum depending on experience

Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home!
