Do you have the commercial flair to turn customer insights into a multi-million pound revenue-driving menu? If yes, our Food & Beverage Product Manager position might be the right next move for you.
As F&B Product Manager, you will be a key player in our central product and proposition team. You will not just be responsible for managing our menus; you will be managing a high-volume nationwide food and beverage engine that spans our internal restaurants, snack vending and breakfast to go solutions. Your mission is to evolve and optimise our existing F&B propositions while identifying new opportunities grounded in deep customer insight. You will balance commercial rigor with creative flair to ensure our offerings are operationally viable, brand-aligned, and—most importantly—deliver "Affordable Travel for Everyone."
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Execution: Lead tactical projects and support the Senior F&B Product Manager on large-scale strategic shifts, owning everything from KPI setting to final implementation.

- Insight & Innovation: Champion the customer by translating data from surveys (Wish), TripAdvisor, and social channels into actionable product recommendations.
- Promotional Planning: Collaborate with Finance and Brand teams to deliver a promotional calendar that drives guest conversion across our website, eCRM, and pre-stay digital journeys.
- Stakeholder & Supplier Management: Act as the bridge between Central Operations, Procurement, and external partners (like Bidfood and Selecta) to ensure SLAs are met and innovation remains constant.
- Post-Activity Analysis: Take full responsibility for reporting on performance, providing the "what next" recommendations that shape our future F&B agenda.
This role requires flexibility due to significant national travel.

Who will this appeal to? We are looking for a high-energy "plate-spinner" and self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments. You are someone who can manage multiple complex workstreams and hit tight deadlines without losing your eye for detail or your drive to challenge the status quo. With a marketing degree and at least five years of experience in F&B proposition development—ideally within hotels, restaurants, or travel—you possess the commercial acumen to lead menu development, pricing strategies, and margin management effortlessly. A master of both project management and analytical insight, you can translate market data into clear, persuasive recommendations for senior stakeholders. You are equally comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers as you are presenting to leadership. While not essential, a CIM professional certificate and experience within a high-volume value chain will truly set you apart. Above all, you are a passionate advocate for the customer, dedicated to delivering a better guest experience through innovation and creative flair.
