Find where you belong! Join our team as a Fire Door Carpenter and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of guests, staff, and stakeholders across our nationwide operations. At Travelodge, safety is paramount, and as a Fire Door Carpenter you will join our efforts to maintain compliance with fire safety regulations, drive a positive safety culture, and implement effective risk management strategies.

As a Fire Door Carpenter, you will be travelling nationwide week by week to different Travelodge hotels carrying out a variety of fire risk assessment related tasks, so you will need a clean Manual UK driving license. This includes repairing/hanging fire doors, replacing different types of seals, checking and securing gaps around doors, loft boarding etc. Making sure to comply with the requirements of Health and Safety and other relevant legislation along with Travelodge policies and procedures and complete any necessary paperwork. All of this is to ensure the safety of our colleagues and customers.
