We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a hunger to succeed, develop and grow in one of the UK’s fastest growing companies. This is an ambitious 9‑Month Fixed Term Contract.

In this role you will deliver a first‑time resolution for all customer contacts received via the web portal, email, letter, live chat and telephone. You will ensure outcomes and responses meet defined brand standards, focusing on quality at all times (spelling, grammar etc.). You will handle sensitive customer information in a confidential manner and adhere to PCI compliance requirements at all times. You will also make outbound calls to customers as much as possible to resolve contacts quickly and fairly.

If you have a passion for customer service, you are a confident individual who can liaise professionally via many different platforms to create a first‑time solution for our wonderful customers across our hotels. We are looking for advisors who are people‑focused, have great attention to detail and a drive for results.

Salary £26168 – pro rata full time (37.5 hours per week) covering Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays.
