Find where you belong!

Are you an experienced carpet/floor fitter? Looking for a new role with more stability? Like getting out and about? Then this could be a bit of you.

We are currently expanding our maintenance team and are looking for colleagues with experience in carpet fitting to help support the upkeep of our hotels. You’ll either be working independently or with a team member, driving to different hotels across London and completing quality carpet replacements and repairs within hotels, across the Travelodge estate, ensuring that the hotels are consistently well maintained to brand standards and in line with Health & Safety compliance.

Another essential part is to remove and replace beds and mattresses from bedrooms and some small furniture items (eg, chairs, room artwork) with the occasional job of picking up furniture waste and dropping it back to our warehouse.

We believe in creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can be their true self and belong. We work hard to improve the diversity of our teams and celebrate our differences. And we care about our colleagues’ wellbeing, so we ensure there are plenty of resources available so everyone can look after their emotional, physical, financial and work wellbeing. We call this “Better Me”.

If you have general carpet/floor fitting experience looking for job stability and a welcoming environment, Travelodge could be the place where you belong. As this role involves travelling to multiple hotels across your region daily, you will need to have a valid UK manual driving licence.
