If you enjoy travelling and getting out and about, this could be a bit of you. You will be supporting your region Leeds going to different hotels and taking the lead on non F-Gas maintenance across our properties.
You’ll handle planned servicing, including filter and coil cleaning, condensate drain upkeep, and operational checks, as well as diagnose and repair common issues like fan motor failures, control panel faults, and thermostat problems. You’ll ensure work meets industry standards, log service records, escalate F-Gas-related faults, and support inspection.
Who will this appeal to? Anyone with hands-on experience in air conditioning maintenance who enjoys problem-solving and keeping systems running smoothly. If you’ve worked with VRV/VRF, split units, AHUs, and FCUs, and can diagnose and fix non F-Gas electrical, mechanical, and control faults, this role could be a great fit. While a relevant HVAC or engineering qualification is a plus, it’s not essential—your experience and skills matter most!
You will also need a Manual UK Driving Licence with flexibility to work varied hours and travel to different hotel locations, potentially involving overnight stays.
