Looking for a hands-on role where you can keep things cool and comfortable? Join us as an Air Conditioning Technician!
What’s it all about?
If you enjoy travelling and getting out and about, this could be a bit of you. You will be supporting your region Slough going to different hotels and taking the lead on non F-Gas maintenance across our properties.
You\’ll handle planned servicing, including filter and coil cleaning, condensate drain upkeep, and operational checks, as well as diagnose and repair common issues like fan motor failures, control panel faults, and thermostat problems. You\’ll ensure work meets industry standards, log service records, escalate F-Gas-related faults, and support inspection.
Responsibilities
- Planned servicing of air conditioning systems, including filter and coil cleaning, condensate drain upkeep, and operational checks.
- Diagnose and repair common issues such as fan motor failures, control panel faults, and thermostat problems.
- Ensure work meets industry standards and log service records.
- Escalate F-Gas-related faults and support inspections as required.
Who will this appeal to?

If you’ve worked with VRV/VRF, split units, AHUs, and FCUs, and can diagnose and fix non F-Gas electrical, mechanical, and control faults, this role could be a great fit. You will also need a Manual UK Driving Licence with flexibility to work varied hours and travel to different hotel locations, potentially involving overnight stays.
