We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead our AP team and drive operational excellence in how we manage supplier and employee expense payments. This is your opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you’ll not only oversee day-to-day activity but help shape our company’s wider approach to payment performance and compliance.
This is a part-time role (30 hours per week) on a 6 month FTC.
What’s it all about?
Managing a team of Accounts Payable Assistants, you will be their go-to for day to day queries as well as the wider business on all supplier and employee expense payments. You will be managing core Accounts Payable activities ensuring full compliance with company procedure and policy as well as accurate recording of purchasing transactions to enable robust reporting of company liabilities and payments performance. You will embed across the business the importance of pay run cycles and existence of deadlines and take ownership of preparing and submitting all payment runs in line with company timetables.
