Experience: 2+ years of recent CVOR or Cardiac Surgery experience
License: Active State or Compact RN License
Certifications: BLS, ACLS – AHA
Must-Have: Proficiency in circulating cardiac surgical procedures; scrub experience preferred
Description: The CVOR RN provides perioperative care during cardiovascular surgeries, working closely with surgical teams to ensure safe and efficient procedures. Responsibilities include patient preparation, intraoperative assistance, and post‑op support. Must be highly skilled in sterile technique, instrumentation, and emergency response. Onboarding typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on credentialing.
