Working across the Traveline and PlusBus brands, you will play a key role in supporting the development, delivery, and ongoing management of customer-facing services and projects, across our call centre, SMS, web and app services, and our smart integrated ticketing products.
The role spans customer service, stakeholder engagement, project support, and data administration, offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to help shape our evolving services.
We’re looking for someone organised, proactive, and confident in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. You should be educated to at least A level or comparable standard or have equivalent experience. Ideally you will have worked in customer service, project support, or transport information, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are also important.
