We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong technical aptitude and a proven record of owning, managing and delivering projects. You will possess superb organisational skills and be able to understand complex technical requirements and find solutions. Additionally you will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to demonstrate that you can build rapport with stakeholders and provide excellent support to both internal and external stakeholders. You will enjoy working in a dynamic “start‑up” mode dealing with diverse projects and challenges.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the planning of projects and oversee the delivery.
- Assist in developing forecasts, to best manage project resources.
- Produce project documentation.
- Schedule, attend and record meetings.
- Liaise with developers, QA engineers, customers and suppliers to make sure projects are delivered according to priority and timescales.
- Ability to take ownership and follow through in an effective, timely manner.
Essential Skills and Knowledge
- Previous project management experience essential (3 years+) in a technology business.
- Proven technical skills and experience with some exposure to APIs, e‑commerce and programming languages.
- Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Able to liaise with wider stakeholders varying from technical to non-technical.
- Organised, methodical and thorough, with a passion for details and able to learn fast.
- Proactive, flexible and able to meet deadlines and milestones.
- Advanced Excel skills.
