We are seeking a professional individual who can demonstrate a strong technical and analytical aptitude to work within our innovative payment and settlement solution - tfPay. tfPay (Travelfusion Payment Solution) is an innovative and proprietary payment system responsible for managing millions of pounds of transactions on behalf of our client base. Utilising a sophisticated real-time reporting and reconciliation, our payment system leverages agency customers (from all over the world) to transact and settle in their local currencies while settling the payments in the airline’s local currency. You will have had exposure to payments, handling and processing chargebacks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the execution of day-to-day reconciliation and client management processes related to tfPay.
- Set up and configure clients on the Payments CMS and ensure administrative processes pertaining to the dispatch of guide for customers, product collateral are handled. This includes regular review of customer funds and updating of their records.
- Guide/Advise customers on how to adopt our Payment solution correctly; review / respond / resolve customers' issues and enquiries via emails.
- Manage chargebacks from start to finish, including the investigation and presentment of disputes.
- Expand the adoption of Travelfusion Payment with the existing and new customers, ensuring an increase in bookings made through our tfPay system; make sure the targets are achieved.
- Manage all incidents and downtimes.
- Investigate problematic bookings/transactions in the payments module and update internal/external stakeholders.
- Monitor our internal alerts, escalate and make sure they are resolved.
- Update internal documentation, keep the team posted on changes.
- Create reports about our Travelfusion Payment solution, track the trends, identify failure reasons and make sure they are resolved.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent communication skills - both spoken and written.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills; expert user of Excel.
- Able to liaise with wider stakeholders varying from technical to non-technical.
- Organised, methodical and thorough, with a passion for details and able to learn fast.
- A high level of computer literacy.
- Strong orientation towards managing projects and project management tools.
- In-depth knowledge of payment solutions including virtual payments, lodge cards, merchant and acquiring businesses.
- Very proactive, flexible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Required Skills and Experience:
- High level of financial numeracy and analytical skills.
- Capable of working in a client facing role liaising with customers and external parties.
- Ability to project manage, stay organised and follow through to completion in a methodical and organised manner.
