in bringing blind and fully sighted travellers together to explore the world. Our sighted

customers travel at a considerable price reduction in return for ‘being the eyes’ for

the blind travellers by guiding and describing the sights. For over 20 years,

Traveleyes has been offering exciting group holidays to destinations worldwide,

offering a mix of activity and discovery tours, to city escapes and sunshine breaks.

£30,000 - £38,000 + optional performance bonus

Job Role

We are looking for an organised, creative, and detail-oriented Product Manager to

develop and deliver our holiday portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves the detail and creativity of product development – someone who enjoys negotiating great deals, curating sensory holidays, and shaping experiences that stay with customers and bring them back to us.

You will:

  • Research, design, and launch compelling, tailor-made holidays for Traveleyes groups, ensuring a good range of holiday type, and covering the UK, Europe and worldwide
  • Manage supplier relationships and contracts, and negotiate rates to ensure product is commercially successful
  • Keep in regular contact with Sales to monitor figures and product performance
  • Manage and update holiday webpages working alongside Marketing to ensure content is on-brand, compelling and engaging
  • Support with operational tasks (eg. customer and tour manager packs)
  • Identify market trends, customer preferences, and stay informed about market insights and competitors
  • Monitor performance data and post-trip feedback to ensure optimal customer experiences for future trips
  • Represent the business at industry events and exhibitions, both nationally and internationally

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, ideal for someone who loves researching holidays and wants to have a tangible impact on people’s lives.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have at least 2-5 years\' experience as Product Manager in Travel
  • Have experience in putting together travel products, contracting, and operations (tour operator experience a big plus)
  • Have a deep knowledge and passion for travel
  • Have strong commercial judgement and a creative eye for optimal trip design
  • Are highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Can work independently and manage multiple projects at once
  • Enjoy collaborating with suppliers and colleagues to bring ideas to life
  • Are passionate about creating inclusive travel experiences
  • Can speak multiple languages – desirable but not essential
  • Are adaptable and happy to get stuck in where needed as part of a small team
