Working Patterns: This job is perfect for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between Monday to Sunday. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly rota.

As part of Tesco Travel Money, you'll work on-site at a busy bureau within a Tesco store, serving thousands of customers daily with foreign exchange needs. We aim to be the preferred provider and leaders in customer experience and expert advice.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of Travel Service Partners to deliver excellent customer service.
- Nurturing and mentoring team members to maintain high service standards.
- Monitoring customer feedback and service levels to improve processes.
- Engaging with customers to process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Achieving operational, procedural, and customer-focused KPIs.
- Handling online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and Travelex procedures.
