What will you be doing?
- Nurturing and forming relationships with customers to better understand their travel needs
- Acting as a trusted ambassador and advisor on Travelex products and services
- Processing all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently with customers
- Delivering on key performance goals that are procedural, operational and customer‑focused
- Processing daily online FX requests and deliveries with keen attention to detail
- Implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhering to Travelex compliance procedures

- Great communicator: You naturally talk with people, listen well and understand their needs
- Desire to succeed: You have the drive and vision to make a difference, enjoy what you do and care about the impact you have on people
