- Manage the transportation of banknote shipments to / from our UK vault to / from our customers worldwide, utilising armoured transportation and secured airfreight.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, such as airlines and security carriers, to ensure optimal service in terms of timeliness, security, and cost., Ensuring banknote shipments moved in timely fashion in keeping with customer service levels.
- Ensuring shipments are fully costed and moved using the most cost effective solution.
- Ensuring consignments moved within security risk profiles.
- Validation / processing of supplier invoices.
- Knowledge of wholesale banknotes business.
- Knowledge of cash in transit / logistics industry.
- Able to communicate to senior level, internally and externally writing written and verbal.
- Able to plan and prioritise own workload.
- Excellent numeracy skills / accuracy.
- Good PC / MS Office literacy, MS Excel competency.
