Retail Sales Assistant – Travelex
Location: Trafford Park, England, United Kingdom
Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time
Hours per week: 32
Salary: £13 per hour + Monthly Bonus
Working Patterns: Flexible, working a variety of shifts Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities
- Nurturing and forming relationships with customers, understanding their travel needs.
- Act as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor, providing product and service support.
- Process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver on key performance goals – procedural, operational and customer-focused.
- Process daily online FX requests and deliveries with keen attention to detail.
- Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures.

- Strong communicator: natural at building relationships, good listening skills, understanding of needs.
