Job Overview
As a Bureau Manager, you'll lead a team in one of our busy Bureaux, supporting our customers with their travel money needs and delivering brilliant service every time.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support and champion your team to deliver excellence every day.
- Work towards KPIs and deliver on targets.
- Review data to drive performance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the Bureau meets compliance metrics, passes internal audits, and operates to business SOPs.
- Work in a fast-paced environment delivering excellent customer service, processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately.
- Offer expert advice on products and services.
- Follow company processes and pay attention to detail to ensure everything stays on track.
Qualifications
- Strong retail-based background with a passion for great customer service.
- Experience in driving and delivering revenue, performance and excellence.
- Great communicator with an eye for detail, passionate people leader, leading from the front.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Experience with KPI management and compliance documentation.
