- Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service
- Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs
- Applying training and offering expert advice on products and services, converting interest into sales
- Consistently working toward achieving and exceeding team sales targets
- Processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately in a fast‑paced environment so customers leave happy
- Collaborating with the team to drive performance, deliver excellence and celebrate success together
- Following company processes and paying attention to detail to ensure everything stays on track
