    As a Cash Processing Assistant,you deliver exceptional customer service, whilst maximizing productivity. In a busy environment, Cash Processing Assistants work as part of a team alongside Team Managers, ensuring the business runs smoothly. Cash Processing Assistants reconcile banking from our customers within the airport, working to achieve accuracy as well as meet tight deadlines, an incentive scheme rewards their efforts.

    This Vacancy is a permanent position and you will work 37.5 Hours on a shift pattern any 5 days out of 7 days covering 07.00 – 15.00, however it may change with if required. With the shift times you will miss traffic on most occasions. You can benefit on discounts on food and drinks from most retailers within the airport, plus the opportunity to buy perfume, make up and accessories from the duty-free shop.

    The role suits confident communicators, who are enthusiastic and motivated by interaction with people. Applicants will ideally have customer service, reconciliation & cash handling experience, excellent communication skills, is able to use computers, be accurate with a keen eye for detail, flexible and reliable. Successful candidates must pass a written test, be able to provide a full 5-year checkable history, plus pass credit and criminal record checks.

    To succeed as a Cash Processing Assistant, you must be:

    • Able to complete detailed work accurately and at a fast, efficient pace
    • Be a team Player
    • Able to work well under pressure
    • Able to clearly follow audit, compliance and security procedures
    • Presentable and “dressed for success”

    We are looking for candidates who have:

    • Excellent customer service experience
    • Experience in working with foreign currencies
    • Good communication skills at all levels
    • Demonstrated cash handling experience
    • Be accurate with a keen eye for detail
    • Flexible and reliable.
