Join Travelex as a Travel Service Partner in Ballymena, Northern Ireland. This role is perfect for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between Monday to Sunday.

Hours per week: 12

Salary: Β£13 per hour + Monthly Bonus

As a Travel Service Partner, you will support retail customers with their Foreign Exchange options, ensuring their travel experience starts off positively. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Nurturing relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements.
  • Establishing yourself as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor.
  • Engaging with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately.
  • Delivering on key performance goals.
  • Utilising your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
  • Implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Numerically proficient – handling large amounts of cash and currency.
  • IT proficient – dealing with computers and in-house systems.
  • Great communicator – building relationships comes naturally.
  • Desire to succeed – drive to make a difference and care about customer impact.
