Join Travelex in Glasgow, Scotland as a Travel Service Partner. This is a temporary, part-time role with 16 hours per week at a salary of £12.50 per hour plus a monthly bonus.

Working Patterns: Flexible shifts available between Monday to Sunday, with a monthly or weekly rota depending on your team.

Responsibilities:

  • Nurturing relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements.
  • Establishing yourself as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor.
  • Engaging with customers to process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Delivering on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused.
  • Processing daily online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
  • Implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhering to compliance procedures.

Requirements:

  • Numerically proficient with a firm grasp of numbers for handling cash and currency.
  • IT proficient with a basic understanding of computer systems.
  • Great communicator with natural relationship-building skills.
  • Desire to succeed and make a positive impact.

Interview Process:

  • Initial screening call by Talent Acquisition Partners or Bureau Managers.
  • Online interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • Bureau visit to meet the Bureau Manager and see the working environment.
  • Offer to join Travelex if the bureau visit goes well.
