Tesco Travel Money Advisor – Tesco Chorley – Part Time

Job Type: Permanent

Hours per week: 16

Salary: £13 per hour + Monthly Bonus

Working Patterns: This job is suitable for those who are flexible and able to work various shifts between Monday and Sunday. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly rota.

As part of the Tesco team, you\’ll work in a vibrant retail environment, supporting customers with their foreign exchange needs and ensuring a great start to their travel experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with customers to understand their travel needs.
  • Becoming a trusted travel money advisor, promoting Travelex products and services.
  • Processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Meeting performance goals related to procedures, operations, and customer service.
  • Handling online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
  • Following legal, regulatory, and Travelex compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communicator: comfortable talking and listening to people, understanding their needs.
  • Driven to succeed: motivated to make a difference, enjoy your work, and care about customer impact.
