What will you be doing?
- Building relationships with customers to understand their travel needs.
- Becoming a trusted travel money advisor, promoting Travelex products and services.
- Processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Achieving performance goals related to procedures, operations, and customer service.
- Handling daily online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
- Following legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
