Overview
Tesco Travel Money Advisor – Travel Service Partner, Tesco Uttoxeter – Part Time. Job Type: Permanent, Part Time. Hours per week: 16.
Working patterns: This role is suitable for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between Monday and Sunday. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly rota.

Responsibilities
- Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements and tailor their experience based on destination.
- Establish yourself as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services.
- Engage with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver on key performance goals—procedural, operational and customer-focused.
- Utilise attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
- Adhere to best practice legal and regulatory standards and Travelexpliance procedures.

- IT proficient — comfortable with computers and in-house till systems; training provided on our systems.

What the interview process looks like
- Our Talent Acquisition Partners or Bureau Managers review your application and contact you if your experience fits, followed by an initial screening call.
