As part of the Asda team, you\’ll support retail customers with foreign exchange services, ensuring their travel experience begins positively.
Responsibilities include:
- Building relationships with customers to understand their travel needs.
- Becoming a trusted travel money advisor, promoting Travelex products and services.
- Processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Meeting operational and customer service goals.
- Handling online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
- Adhering to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
