Reward Team
The Reward Team provides subject matter expertise on compensation, benefits, and recognition programs globally. It provides insights and recommendations through internal and external market reviews and analysis to ensure that data supports. The team also provides operational support on group Reward programs such as group bonuses and annual salary reviews.
The role is key in supporting all annual Reward processes, including annual salary reviews, benefits renewals (UK), and maintaining the Job Architecture. It will also support the Head of Reward on projects such as incentive design and new initiatives.
Key accountabilities
- Lead the annual Reward processes such as pay review and bonuses.
- Support the Reward Analyst in maintaining the Job Levels (Aon Radford Methodology) and complete the annual salary survey. Support on Benchmarking governance.
- Review salary ranges and ensure they are up to date and capture market shifts.
- Support the Head of Reward on development and research of new initiatives.
- Lead on the implementation of new reward initiatives.
- Prepare adhoc presentations and proposals.
- Manage relationships with third party benefit providers and resolve escalated benefits and pensions queries (2nd Stage).
Experience and personal qualities
The role requires experience across all areas of compensation and benefits, with knowledge of pay structures, bonus/incentive design, job analysis/evaluation, and benchmarking. With strong analytical skills, you will be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively and is able to engage and build relationships with HR and wider business stakeholders.
Advanced Excel and numeric skills.
Able to translate complicated Reward topics/jargon into wording that is easy to understand.
Comfortably working with large datasets that delicately interconnect, whilst ensuring data integrity when moving between HRIS (Workday) and Excel (and vice versa).
Workday or larger HCM, such as SAP or Oracle, experience preferred.
Capable of working independently and as part of a wider team.
