About the Role: Join Travelex as a Customer Service Specialist and be at the heart of our bustling call centre, supporting customers with their Foreign Exchange needs and ensuring their travel experience begins positively. We value adaptable team members who are committed to delivering exceptional service and fulfilling our customers' travel money requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Building relationships with customers via inbound calls to understand and tailor their currency requirements.
- Supporting customers and branches with queries related to Travel Money orders.
- Acting as a travel money ambassador, advising on Travelex products and services.
- Adhering to GDPR and financial regulations while meeting business and customer service metrics.
- Achieving key performance goals related to compliance, customer satisfaction, and call handling.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency with numbers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
