Location: Worthing – West Durrington

Hours: 20 per week

Pay: £13.50 per hour + monthly bonus + location allowance

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service
  • Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs
  • Applying training to offer expert advice on our products and services
  • Processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately in a fast‑paced environment so customers leave happy
  • Working with the team to drive performance, deliver excellence and celebrate success together
  • Following company processes and paying attention to detail to ensure everything stays on track
