As a Travel Service Partner, you’ll be part of a friendly team in one of our bureaus, supporting our customers with their travel money needs and delivering brilliant service every time. What the job involves
- Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service
- Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs
- Applying training and offering expert advice on our products and services
- Processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately in a fast‑paced environment so customers leave happy
- Working together as a team to drive performance, deliver excellence and celebrate success together
- Following company processes and paying close attention to detail to ensure everything stays on track
