Location: Cluster roles Cumbernauld, Robroyston, Hamilton & Parkhead Forge. Requires access to a vehicle.

Hours: 37.5 per week. Pay: £13.50 per hour + monthly bonus. Contract: Permanent, Full Time.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service.
  • Understanding each customer's needs and helping them with travel money requirements.
  • Applying training to offer expert advice on products and services, converting interest into sales.
  • Consistently working towards achieving and exceeding team sales targets.
  • Processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Collaborating with team members to drive performance, deliver excellence, and celebrate success.
  • Following company processes and attention to detail to keep operations on track.
