As a Travel Service Partner you’ll be part of a friendly team in one of our bureaus, supporting our customers with their travel money needs and delivering brilliant service every time. Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service.
- Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs.
- Putting training into action and offering expert advice on our products and services.
- Working in a fast‑paced environment processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately.
- Working together as a team driving performance, delivering excellence and celebrating success together.
- Following company processes and paying attention to detail to ensure everything stays on track.
