Responsibilities

  • Lead, support and champion your team to deliver daily excellence and meet KPIs.
  • Analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement and achieve targets.
  • Ensure compliance with internal audits, regulatory standards and business SOPs.
  • Deliver fast-paced, accurate foreign exchange transactions and online orders for customers.
  • Provide expert product and service advice to customers and maintain high service standards.
  • Follow company processes and maintain detailed accuracy to keep operations on track.

Qualifications

  • Strong leader who drives performance and revenue while maintaining a positive can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in retail/branch environment with proven customer-service focus.
  • Track record of meeting KPI targets and delivering revenue growth.
