As a Travel Service Partner, you’ll be part of a friendly team in one of our Bureaux, supporting our customers with their travel money needs and delivering brilliant service every time.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Assessing customers’ travel money needs and offering expert advice on our products and services.
- Converting interest into sales while consistently working to achieve and exceed team sales targets.
- Processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborating with the team to drive performance, deliver excellence, and celebrate success.
- Following company processes and paying attention to detail to ensure everything stays on track.
