We’re excited to be hiring for an Associate Claims Operations Professional to join our team based in Redhill, London, Manchester, or Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to kick-start a career in the insurance industry. We’re looking for an individual with strong communication and organisational skills, and confidence using Excel. In this role, you\'ll support our claims function—harvesting claims data, streamlining processes, and handling administrative tasks like setting up new claims. You\'ll join a collaborative team gaining exposure to the claims function and the wider insurance industry. Travelers Europe offers flexibility for hybrid work, with employees working three days in the office and two days at home, subject to policy changes. What Will You Do? Carry out administrative tasks, partial claim handling, invoice approval, minor claim adjudication, and vendor activity coordination. Assist with MI and Analytics, financial control, assessment, monitoring, and validation. Support Claim teams across multiple locations to ensure operational resilience. Meet or exceed service expectations for internal and external customers. Develop effective relationships with colleagues, partners, customers, and agents. Communicate actions and updates with managers and colleagues. Perform other duties as assigned. Act ethically at all times, ensuring compliance with training and certification requirements. Maintain records of transactions to ensure fair treatment of customers, brokers, and others. Relevant experience in a general insurance claims or support role (preferred). Knowledge of I90, Openbox, and Lloyds claims systems (preferred). Experience with data entry processes (preferred). Basic customer relationship skills. Intermediate communication skills. Willingness to meet regional licensing or certification requirements. What is a Must Have? Minimum GCSE or equivalent education or relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. What Is in It for You?
