What Is the Opportunity? We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experience in Acturis or similar eTrade platforms within the Insurance market. You will analyze business needs, optimize processes, and implement solutions, leveraging your expertise with the Acturis platform to drive efficiencies and ensure smooth delivery of insurance products and services. You will work within the Strategic Planning and Execution team, supporting the change portfolio, alongside other analysts, reporting to the senior manager for business analysis. Your responsibilities include detailed requirements analysis, process documentation, and facilitating communication of business needs.
Travelers Europe offers flexible hybrid work arrangements, typically three days in the office and two days remote, subject to policy changes.
What Will You Do?
- Collect, understand, document, validate, and communicate business requirements.
- Work independently to ensure full understanding of business needs.
- Communicate insights and plans effectively to teams and management.
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Perform user acceptance testing.
- Conduct analyses to investigate operational issues.
- Identify, document, and track benefits.
- Assist in delivering project milestones.
- Collaborate with project managers on planning.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation and report writing skills.
- Ability to document business processes accurately.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team.
- ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent.
