Opportunity We are looking for a technically strong Casualty specialist to join our Business Insurance Underwriting Office team as a Regional Underwriting Officer.
In this role you will work with internal underwriting teams to manage and implement underwriting standards across the UK, build strong relationships, and act as a technical referral point.
You will also coach and develop underwriting knowledge, support colleagues through training, courses, and technical guidance.
Travelers Europe offers flexibility for employees who wish to work on a hybrid basis: full‑time employees work three days a week in the office and two days at home (or a pro‑rated schedule for part‑time employees).

Target Openings 1 What Will You Do Implement and participate in the development of long‑ and short‑term underwriting strategies to position BI Retail and regionally traded products in the right markets.
Ensure underwriting controls, including cures and audit, are taken and acted upon promptly.
Serve as an adviser and referral point to achieve responsible product development that aligns with profit, growth, and retention strategies.
